BUSINESS LITERACY FOR ARTISTS
We were excited to join the First Artist Bank team and develop the First Artist Foundation, a non-profit focused on helping artists build sustainable careers in the arts. The vision was to inform and educate artists about the business of being creative through an eLearning platform with an array of custom courses. The platform was designed to be the center of a cross-discipline community of artists and creative-business minded individuals wanting to support each other and the arts.
We developed the concept and created a presentation for sponsors.
Additionally, we created a one sheet overview for email pitches as a lead generator to develop prospective sponsors and donors interested in the foundation.
We then developed a Brand Guide to hone in on the overall look and feel for the brand. The brand needed to embody creativity, while also appealing to all different kinds of artists working across many disciplines.
Once the core foundation for the business and brand were established, we moved into development of the website.
As a final element in this project, we developed concept courses as examples for investors and donors; this initial sample course was focused on crowdfunding.
